David P. Langford is an
internationally renowned consultant, writer and educator on Total
Quality Principles implemented in education. In this seminar David
draws upon his extensive experience as the first classroom teacher
to apply Deming's philosophy and methods to the improvement of student

Tools to improve the quality of learning. David provides case histories

management. She has an extensive experience in educational institutions
as well as in corporations in Latin and North America giving seminars,
designing improvement implementation programs and optimizing systems
with the techniques and tools of continuous improvement in all the
educational levels ranging from kids and educators of kindergarten
to universities and corporations. Cecilia provides coaching on the
effective implementation of the Principles of Total Quality and Continuous
Improvement.
