David P. Langford is an internationally renowned consultant, writer and educator on Total Quality Principles implemented in education. In this seminar David draws upon his extensive experience as the first classroom teacher to apply Deming's philosophy and methods to the improvement of student learning. Cecilia provides coaching on the effective implementation of the Principles of Total Quality and Continuous Improvement.
